The Swiss Brass Consort enchants both experts and music lovers in Switzerland and throughout Europe with its concerts. Founded in 1997 by eleven dedicated and well-known figures of the Swiss music scene, this innovative brass ensemble has been captivating audiences ever since with its great passion for music and infectious joy of playing. The ensemble, consisting of successful soloists, orchestral musicians, and freelance artists from both classical and jazz backgrounds, guarantees fascinating and entertaining brass music at the highest level. Thanks to its stylistically diverse repertoire, the Swiss Brass Consort has long since established itself in the Swiss music landscape. Three founding members are still part of the ensemble, while other positions have been continuously filled with young, up-and-coming top musicians from across Switzerland.

The "Brass Bunch of the Nation" frequently performs at international festivals such as the Würzburg Mozart Festival, the Arnstadt Bach Festival, the Murten Classics, and the Merano Brass Festival. It thrills audiences with gala concerts (including at the European Brass Band Competition in Montreux) and traditional Christmas concerts. Numerous television and radio recordings, as well as seven CD productions, bear witness to its rich musical output. All arrangements are tailor-made for the ensemble to fully exploit the versatility of the eleven artists. As one of Switzerland's leading brass ensembles, the Swiss Brass Consort performs dynamic, unique chamber music for brass, expressing its love for this music with charm and charisma.
