Kateryna was a scholarship recipient of the Vladimir Spivakov Foundation in Moscow, the Oskar and Vera Ritter Foundation, the Lutz E. Adolf Foundation, the Funk Foundation, and was also supported by the Rotary Club.

As a soloist and chamber musician, Titova has performed across Europe, Russia, Ukraine, China, and the USA, with orchestras such as the Netherlands Symphony Orchestra, the Moscow Symphony Orchestra, the Vienna Chamber Orchestra, the Philharmonie der Nationen, the Prague Philharmonic, the Chamber Orchestra of the National Theater in Prague, INSO Lviv, the Kyiv Symphony Orchestra, and the Lviv Philharmonic.

Her performances have taken her to festivals such as the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Festival, the Kissinger Sommer, the International Music Festival in Viana do Castelo (Portugal), the Virtuoso Festival (Lviv), and LvivMozArt.

Kateryna has played in venues including the Berlin Philharmonie, the Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle in Hamburg, the Semperoper Dresden, the Konzerthaus Vienna, the Lesinski Hall in Zagreb, and the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester.

Kateryna respects the established framework of classical music interpretation: one does not need to break it in order to express oneself. Within this framework, she finds sufficient artistic freedom to be called an exceptional artist. Her piano style is expressive and distinctive, yet accessible to everyone—whether to orchestras and conductors (which is why she currently enjoys performing with orchestras), to critics, or most importantly, to her audience.

Currently, Titova’s repertoire is broad and includes some rarely performed works, such as "Prométhée. Le Poème du feu" by Alexander Scriabin under the direction of Oksana Lyniv, as well as the Piano Concerto by Ukrainian composer Vasyl Barvinsky (German premiere, Titova/Lyniv).

During the pandemic, a collaboration was formed in Lviv between Kateryna Titova and the young Polish-Ukrainian conductor Jaroslav Shemet, as well as between the artist and the Lviv Philharmonic Orchestra. This collaboration has already produced results, including a CD featuring Ukrainian music (Titova/Shemet/INSO Lviv), a live recording of Edvard Grieg's Piano Concerto (Titova/Lviv Philharmonic), and a joint performance at the Elbphilharmonie. 

Another collaboration with Shemet and further performances in the 2022/23 season (e.g., Lutoslawski's Paganini Variations) are already planned.
