Varied, entertaining, and musically at the highest level: The German Brass Quintet has been impressing its listeners for over 30 years with a unique sound, magnificent interpretations, and its own captivating arrangements. The ensemble has won numerous first prizes in various competitions, received invitations to the most renowned German festivals, performed at the Berlin Philharmonic, including a live broadcast on DeutschlandRadio, and has been celebrated by the specialist press for its radio recordings and CD releases. Countless concerts, performances at international events, and TV appearances, such as on the show "Großer Preis" with Wim Thoelke, have made the German Brass Quintet a unique entity in the national music scene.

As early as 1996, the musicians—then known as the "Young German Brass Quintet"—performed at the first Euregio Music Festival. It is therefore a great pleasure to once again experience their unmistakable musical spirit at the opening of the anniversary season.
