Jakow Pavlenko

Violin

Jakow Pavlenko is considered one of the most promising young violinists of his generation. Having received numerous national and international awards early on, he now captivates audiences with his musical maturity, virtuosity, and stage presence. As a soloist, he has performed with renowned orchestras and at prestigious festivals worldwide. In 2024, he celebrated his solo tour debut in Japan.

Charlotte Steppes

Piano

The young pianist made her debut with the Gewandhaus Orchestra under Marek Janowski last year at the age of 24. Since 2020, she has performed several solo concerts with the MDR Symphony Orchestra, including under chief conductor Dennis Russell Davies. She has given acclaimed recitals at festivals such as Musikfest Stuttgart and Musikfest Erzgebirge. In 2026, Steppes has been invited by the Stuttgart Philharmonic for a piano concerto under the direction of Sebastian Weigle, as well as a "Carte Blanche" chamber music performance.

Being one of the most remarkable pianists of his generation in Russia, Pavel Nersessian is known for his ability to play equally convincingly in the whole palette of the piano repertoire. He is professor of piano at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory and in Boston USA.
