Fine Arts
Bernd Finkenwirth’s motto, “Observation and Insight,” keeps the door open to the fresh air of an external world whose richness is inexhaustible.
It is not an inward gaze but rather an outward one that drives his art. He is captivated by the forms of nature, particularly where they elude human perception. Thus, even the microscope becomes a source of inspiration. Another recurring theme is the traces of human presence in nature. For Finkenwirth, technical mastery is an indispensable tool for artistic expression.

Weser KurierThey are pictures to stop and contemplate. In intensity and color, depth and brilliance, the still lifes in oil are reminiscent of the works of the old masters.
